Category Icons Lost

Hi,

 

Ever since i installed a new template i have lost my category "icons" in the main text area.

 

Now all it says is there no are products currently in this category, instead of listing the categories inside it.

 

I have looked at all the config settings and dont seem to see anything which effects this, is there something i am missing (i have added an images to all the product categories)

 

any help would be hugely appreciated, have spent so much time on this to no avail

Does anybody have any clue why this might be happening?

 

I have compared my template index.php file to the original oscommerce index.php file line for line and they are almost identical

 

Basically i cannot get the category icons to appear when selecting a category,

 

EG: Select AFL, You should see the "Balls" Icon appear however it does not, it simply displays the no products message that i have entered.

I have checked that the categories have an image attached, is there a setting somewhere which turns this on or off? Or does it reside in another php file apart from the index.php?

 

If anybody could help would be awesome, im desperate !!!

Thats what you get when you install a template, not to mention its probably outdated, besides, not much help here for templates or for those that remove the "powered by oscommerce" in the footer.
