Loosing New Product for Month content

I have a sub category of a sub category of a category and I have lost the content of the New Product for Month table when I click on the Category. I get the heading, but not the content.

 

When I then click on the Sub category the content returns? I don't understand why.

Also noticed this on another site happening at same level of category. Effecting one but not another?
