I would like to have a standard flat rate of $10 shipping on purchases of $100 or less and then add 15% of the total over $100. So for example if my order came to $150, 15% of $150 is $22.50; so my shipping would be $10 + $22.50 = $32.50. How would I set this up? Thanks for all your help.
