Remove product information on index?

hi there,

 

As you can see from http://www.clothesmaketheman.co.uk/index.jpg my product information text is half showing due to the border restrictions.

 

I would like the index.php not to show the product information summary, but just the title of the product and then whent the user clicks on the product, they are presented with the normal display of the product -

How can i do this?
