Modules not appearing in admin section anymore

I setup osC on my local machine, and everything worked great, then I uploaded it to the production server and now the shipping and payment modules are not visible at all. I click the install button, and nothing happens. I've googled around and found that other people have encountered the same thing, but I still haven't found a resolution. I double checked the permissions on the modules folder, and they have 755 permissions. The module's files are most certainly on the server too.

Can someone explain to me why the modules just disappeared?

What osc version are you using?

2.2 RC2 A

My guess is that it is a problem with the includes/configure.php files. There is one in admin and one in catalog. The admin probably cannot see the catalog.

So how do I fix this?

I'm sorry, but I don't see a link in any posts.

My badi. Try this.

It was my fourth post about the configure.php files and I did not post the link in this thread.
