kreeeklane Posted February 28, 2008 Posted February 28, 2008 I need major help. I am trying to set up a cell phone catalog that has Mail-in Rebates. I havent found a contribution yet that allows you to show what the price would be after mail in rebates. I want the pricing to look like the following: Retail Price: $$$$$ Instant Savings: $$$$$ Mail-In Rebate: $$$$$ Final Price: $$$$$ I dont care if the rebate option is available under admin section, I just want to be able to show the price breakdown. I heard about being able to input HTML code that will have the price breakdown, but Im still lost on how to do it. If anyone can help me I am more than willing to put an Image with your logo directed to your store on my catalog site. Thank you in advance :)

Thank you in advance :) There is a contribution called 'EZ new fields' that breaks prices down like that. It can be found here: http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/1310 The only problem is that it doesn't have 'Rebate' as an option. Instead it goes: Retail Price: $$$$$ Final Price: $$$$$ You Save: $$$$$ ...which could be turned around to what you want to do, and make it: Retail Price: $$$$$ Instant Savings (change 'You Save'): $$$$$ Final Price: $$$$$ Again, the problem is that it doesn't have a 'Rebate' field/function. I am also looking for a rebate contribution that can hopefully go along with the EZ New Field contrib that I already have. Or perhaps, an addition to it. Good luck! Let me know if you come up with anything else!
