Visual verify not working as it should

Hi

 

I have made many test accounts etc and all has been OK. I tried to set up another test account just now and my visual verify has decided to go case sensitive.

 

I haven't made any changes to the database or the VVC code. Last time I created a test account was Xmas and nothing changed since then.

 

Hope someone can help
