link customer name on orders.php

I have added a couple of fields a couple of different ways to the Customer: using contributions:

 

First, I added a field for SSN using the following contribution:

Second, seeing I might need to continue adding fields to the customer information, I found the following contribution: http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/3737 (Customer Extra Fields Extended) and added a field for "Middle Name" using it. I may go back and get rid of the contribution I used for adding the SSN and re-add it using this second contribution since it allows me to easily do that via the store admin.

 

Ideally, I'd like for these new customer fields to show up in the orders.php page but I would settle for being able to provide a link from the Customer Name on the Order page back to that customer's Customers.php page.....

 

Anyone have any advice?

Just curious -- how come you ask for a Social Security Number at registration?
