Image Manipulations

Ive been using Os Commerce for a while, but would like to integrate a good thumbnail manipulater, every time i try to resize from original installation i get pixelated images

and got some problems with it

 

Ive seen there are many contributions in the site in order to this, but are so many that i really dont know which one is the better

 

I would like the contribution to:

 

1. remake all the thumbnail with only one movement, click... so i dont need to resize image per image

 

2. not to modify the original images so i wont need to upload them again

 

Thats basically what i need, please if you have some experience with this kind of add ons let me know, cuz im getting stucked there.
