JSR Posted February 26, 2008 Posted February 26, 2008 :angry: When I click to add a product to cart I get directed to the advanced search page! I can't seem to find the problem. Could some one please be so kind to point me in the right direction? I have all kinds of contributions installed, last ones were Table thickness module and manual order maker. After install yesterday, everything seemed fine, I was able to place orders etc. Now this! Just don't get it! Please, I really need this site to go live within like a week... Some one??
JSR Posted February 26, 2008 Author Posted February 26, 2008 It's fixed now... I uploaded a back up of my database and that did the trick, all is back to normal :lol:

After running the back up sql file of my database everthing SEEMED fine, but the problem keeps occuring after a few hours! Please can some one point me in the right direction to find a way to fix this?? Really, it's down right annoying by now and I have no idea where it's coming from. I've checked my database for errors, but all the tables are OK. Anyone have a clue here?

This problem may occur if you've deleted or messed up your search form closing tag.
JSR Posted February 29, 2008 Author Posted February 29, 2008 Excuse my belated response!! Thanks for replying. I think this could very well be the case. This started happening after I put a modified search box on top of the page. I modified it to search in descriptions as well as product title... I don't think it would help to post my url because I secured the area and would have to unlock it for you to enter. I'm going to try and fix it.
JSR Posted February 29, 2008 Author Posted February 29, 2008 Yep, that was the case, I commented out the "advanced search" text under the box and the closing tag for that link (</a>) was right in there. It's fine now. Thanks again Sand Fox!! :D
