Admin Logon page just keeps asking me to log on

running IIS6, PHP5, mySql5.

 

Finally got the software insalled, had to manually write the two configure.php files. Had to change the directory structure around a little to get the pictuers and links to work.

 

But now when I try to log into my admin page, it just keeps going back the the login page over and over, no error messages nothing. It's almost like i'm just refreshing the page.

 

Any ideas?
