[Paypal] Shipping fee is not included + order is not placed

Hi there,

 

I'm new here and i hope some of you can help me out. I already searched for the problem but couldn't find an exact solution for it.

 

I'm having some problems with the paypal plugin since a few weeks.

 

1. When a customer pays with paypal, i only receive the product's price + tax, and not the shipping fee.

2. Sometimes when a customer pays with paypal, the order is not placed in the database. So i do receive a payment notification from paypal, but when i look in the osc admin panel there is no order!

3. When a customer pays with paypal, i don't receive an invoice-copy. So if i don't receive it, the customer doesn't receive it either.

 

The paypal payment method worked fine until a few weeks ago. Did paypal change something in their code?

 

I'm not sure which OSc version it is, it's an older templatemonster Osc verison. How can i check it up?
