Admin side, Product Quantity=1

Almost all of my products are one of a kind. Is there any way to have the Product Quantity in Admin start out with the number 1, and then be able to change on the rare occasion there are is anything multiple. If I had to, I could use just the number 1 permanently and put in the few items I might have in multiples as separate items, they are that rare. It saves not having to input the number 1 over and over.

 

I already slightly altered the addon 4008, so that in the cart the number one doesn't show, it is terrific by the way and also works for those of us with unique products. Thank you TrevWilson.

 

If any one is able to help I would really appreciate any ideas. I should think this would be useful to a lot of people, but I haven't seen anything even a bit like it anywhere so I don't even know where to start.
