sagannon Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 I have done several updates to prepare my files to collect county sales tax in FL. (Thanks to all who have support out there for this!) Everything looks perfect in the register sections, all of the items are marked as "taxable goods", and the settings are set in the admin area to charge tax. However, tax is not added in at the checkout page. Any ideas where to begin trouble shooting?

I accidently got it working buy setting the customer details to require the customers state you do this in admin, configuration, customer details, state = true. after this you will have to log into your test account and add the state in your account details. I hope this helps, it drove me nuts
