Shipping only to selected countries

At the moment we only want to ship domestically until we work out an equitable method to cope with international postage, so is it necessary to delete each of the 280+ listed countries individually, and then when we want to increase the range, re-activate them ??

 

Ideal would be to turn off those we don't want temporarily (don't talk about Nigeria !?!?!) and this to be done more easily than as each individual............any thoughts on this would be very welcome.
