Update checkout_payment.php file.

I run a magazine site called www.axxessmagazine.com and I received a few complaints from our customers how to the checkout_payment.php generates their info.

 

ie: When once of my customers reach the checkpout_payment.php file, they can add their credit card information but when they add their coupon code and submit it, it deletes their credit card information so they have to type it all up again. How can I edit this file? I would like to have a message on the page to submit their coupon code before adding their credit card info. Can anyone help? FYI, I am using CRE Loaded B2B.
