procarparts Posted February 21, 2008 Posted February 21, 2008 I have three different sites and all of them seem to have the same problem. When you go from the product listing into the product info page, the products without an image (not uploaded) do not load correctly. What I mean is that the product description doesn't show and sometimes the add to cart/reviews button also doesn't show. You may be asking, why don't I just add images? For one the company doesn't have all the images quite yet, or possibly never had. Another is that there is 13,000+ items on one site and I would say a good 25% of it has no images and I really do not want to place an image holder for all of them. If it comes down to it I guess I can have a 1x1px transparent gif on all products missing an image, but I will never be able to tell what products were missing an image to begin with (I use OSC Product Manager which shows which products are missing an image) so if anyone has any tips, please let me know.
