SQL Database Restore Issue

Every database file I download contains this at the end of the file:

<font color="#000000"><b>2013 - Lost connection to MySQL server during query<br><br>select count(*) as total from sessions where sesskey = '8f4a42d5778a6663a484f38dddb491b1'<br><br><small><font color="#ff0000">[TEP STOP]</font></small><br><br></b></font><br />
<b>Warning</b>: Unknown(): A session is active. You cannot change the session module's ini settings at this time. in <b>Unknown</b> on line <b>0</b><br />

Did it really not download the entire Database? Did it really timeout? Kind of strange that every time I do a new back-up I get this at the end.

Then when I go to restore the database off this file I get an error message of:

*error - error 1064 (42000) at line 200520: you have an error in your sql syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your mysql server version for the right syntax to use near '2013 - lost connection to mysql server during query

' at line 1

Any ideas?
