Trying to customise header and stylesheet files for site. Lost my admin, getting this fatal error. Don't know why??

Sounds like you uploaded the /catalog/includes/header.php file into /catalog/admin/includes folder by mistake.

 

The /catalog/admin/includes/header.php should probably look something like this:
