Image upload in admin does not function

Hello,

Something wiered happened - when I try to upload product image in admin i click on Browse..., select file, click on preview, at this tome the Products Image field clears out, and cursor is focused in the field.

 

If I don't include pic, it goes to the next page just fine.

 

I checked permissions in images dir - it's 777.

 

Any help? Please...

Did you enable uploads in php.ini?
