Guest Posted February 19, 2008 Posted February 19, 2008 Hi All; I just download osCommerce2.2 and install it on my pc. I want to ask that how we can add database ? Do i have to create a new one by myself or is there any database already created. If i have to create a new db for osCommerce how can i be sure which table,column i need to create. Is there any list for tables and columns ? I will be very appreciate if any one reply ASAP. Thanks for your attention.
Jack_mcs Posted February 19, 2008 Posted February 19, 2008 You need to create the entry for the database. Then the actual tables get uploaded into that. You can't just run oscommerce on a pc. You have to have a server setup first. If you have done that, then you should have phpmyadmin available. That will allow you to create and populate the database. Enought to try/test/develop site on your pc.
