spacedoutboy Posted February 18, 2008 Posted February 18, 2008 I moved my store from one server space to another, and everything else works perfectly, but when I click on any product, it gives me a blank page. I'm using STS templates. On the old server the product pages worked fine, and I tried copying the same file from there again to the new server, with no effect. The page, as well as the source code, turns up blank when I try to access a product - and yet the same file with the same code gave me the normal product info on the old server. Where would I need to start looking for the problem? Has anyone had the same issue when changing servers or at any other time? Thank you in advance!
Guest Posted February 19, 2008 Posted February 19, 2008 do you use Ultimate SEO Urls - if so have you changed the .htaccess file on the new server have you changed the includes/configure.php files to correctly reflect your new server paths?

I don't use Ultimate SEO - it's something I was only considering so far. I have changed the configure.php files, and it seemed to be ok as everything else works - but then I can't check the checkout files either as I can't add anything to my cart... :huh:
spacedoutboy Posted February 24, 2008 Author Posted February 24, 2008 Hey, wanted to update that I fixed this - turns out when I uploaded my site to the new server, some files went corrupt and were missing information (it showed up as 0kb) and when I tried to reupload it had the same problem. In the end I rewrote the file and uploaded again, this time it worked!
