sballen Posted February 18, 2008 Posted February 18, 2008 I received a statement from Pay Pal that I made a sell, but there was no e-mail from my web-site about it. I went into the order section, and there is no record. I went into the Customer section, and the lady just registered today, then made the purchase, but under her section, I clicked on the Order icon, and still no record. I sent her an e-mail asking her to tell me what it was that she purchased, but haven't heard back yet. QUESTION: Is this being President's Day, and perhaps the hosting Company is lacking, would this slow down the site's ability send the statements until tomorrow? Samuel B. Please any sugestion?????? Don't guess, just e-mail the customer. They'll tell you. It may be a couple of days before they check on their purchase. But they'll tell you. Their e-mail can be gotten from the paypal detail statement, on the paypal web page.
Guest Posted February 19, 2008 Posted February 19, 2008 this problem is when using the stock paypal module and the customer does not return to your site. Install the newer module to stop it happening again: http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/5655

Thanks, I check that link out.
