I need to be able to apply "specials" to product attributes, has anyone figured this out yet, or is there a contirubtion that will apply special pricing to product attributes? I think this needs to be added to the next release of osCommerce!
oldschoo Posted December 14, 2009 Author Posted December 14, 2009 I am still looking for a solution. This is what I need, if anyone can tell me how to do this. Say I sell a product that comes in 2 different sizes, like 8 oz which is a full size bottle or I have a .50 oz packette or sample. The sample cost $6 and the bottle cost $30. I want to apply a discount to both attribute's or prices. Now for the product, I left the price as 0, and then in attributes I added the prices according to size. It doesnt show the product at all in the specials drop down. If I put a price in for the product, it still does not show up under the specials drop down. So in other words, if a product has attributes, the product does not show up under specials drop down. But, all my products without attributes show up fine. Is there a way to apply a special to products with attributes?
