The problem is that it only works for customers who have register an account, and are logged into thier account. My client would like the FedEx Rates display to those who have not yet created an account. He has found a few Oscommerce sites that can do this, the shopper simply selects a Country and Postal Code to display the rates. This option is presented to the shopper as soon as they add the item to thier cart.
