Upgrade from mySQL 4.x to 5.x ?

Hi,

I have a shop running OSC 2.2 MS on a linux server with PHP 5.2.3 and mySQL 4.x.

Soon my host will change the mySQL server version to be 5.x and I know that it will not just work out of the box!

What do I do, to prepare my shop to use the new database version?
