HELP! Can no longer get past shipping screen

I have an osCommerce account that was working fine up until yesterday when I added a bulletin board program (phpBB) to the site. The BB program was added to a totally different directory, so none of the osCommerce files or phpBB files are intermingled. Both programs are using a different MySQL database. The problem I am now seeing occurs when anyone (registered users) tries to complete a transaction in osCommerce. When you get to the shipping screen (checkout_shipping.php), it asks you to select a shipping address. When you do, and click continue, you are simply returned to the page with the message "Please choose from your address book where you would like the items to be delivered to" and a "Change Address" page, and you go through the cycle again - it is an endless loop and there is no way to continue with the purchase.

 

Has anyone else run into this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated. The site is:
