Item name as title what do i change the title in product info to?

Ok i understand if i want each item to have its own title (the products name) i can change the title tag bits in the

product_info.php

 

 

But what do i actualy change it to?

looking at it that wont do what i want it to do,

 

 

All i want it to do is Display the Product name in the Title when they are viewing the item i have my keywords etc sorted all ready.

Thats more like it though but how can i just get the product Name in there?
