Payment module and email address

I just had paypal payment module installed on my site a few months ago. Everything is working perfect. Now I need to change the email address that my paypal module uses. When I go to the admin section, then the payment modules and highlight paypal and click edit it will not allow me to change the email address. I change the email address and click update and the old email address comes back.

Anyone else seen this?

Why can't I change the email address through this interface?

if its not allowing YOu to change implies some one had modified the code and code has a bug in it or its configuration group is not logical.

The other way out is to modify it directly at data base level.
