I search the files but cannot find any answer to a simple question: What file holds the username and password for my admin to make changes. I have tried config.php but that only holds the username and password for mysql database. Please help! I have orders I cannot get to.

Much thanx! Joyce c\_/

If you're using 2.2MS2, the file you're after is called .htpasswd, and it resides in your catalog/admin directory. Note that the password is stored here in encrypyted format, not plain text, so you'll need to modify the contents of this file using a text editor. Use a .htpasswd generator, such as the one found here: http://www.htaccesstools.com/htpasswd-generator/

If you're using any of the release candidates (RC1, RC2), I'm afraid I can't give you any assistance, as I haven't used either of these versions.

Hope this helps,

Max
