Guest Posted February 16, 2008 Posted February 16, 2008 anyone else having this problem? normally, i get the other checkout page that immediately offers the credit card boxes and a tiny little login box. now i'm getting this: this started occuring on friday and a number of customers have been protesting against registering to paypal just to buy stuff.. they don't notice that link that says "don't have an account" and by the time i explain this to them, they've already gone off and purchased from somewhere else! i already contacted paypal with this very question, but no response and i do not expect one. through a search on google i located many people complaining about this from around june 07, but no one ever posted a solution!

The screenshot you posted is the page which shows if there is a Previous PayPal cookie stored in your browser. This cookie identifies you as a paypal user and pre-fills the email in the loginbox aswell as showing this page without the credit card forms since the paypal system has then already pegged you as a paypal user.
