Product name and prices missing

Guys

 

I have a modded store with reward points and CCGV installed which works fine

 

I have done a site for a customer and imported their products from a CRE loaded store using Navicat (Tool for importing database tables)

 

What happens now is the following

 

1. I add a product to the shopping cart it shows the price but not the product name

 

2. Go through the process of checking out and the name of the product is not showing in the cart page and when I finally get to the payment page the price is zero

 

3. On page where it asks to use points it shows the price as zero

 

4. The final checkout page shows zero price

 

Anyone experience this? The mods i have done in the store work fine with products in testing but as soon as I import the products from the live site tables it does this

If you look at the products in the admin area, are they correct?

 

Or to put it another way did the import work?

 

There are several tables that need to be updated to get a product into the system.

 

Easy Populate seems to be one that works well.

Yes the import worked and the prices are right in the admin area

 

The products appear ok on all th pages in the front end other than those described above

 

Its a strange one thats for sure :)

Ok this is really bizarre

 

I have added a product manually via admin for the customer and it still does not show up properly in the cart page, shopping cart box or the other pages as I go through the checkout process but the original test products do??

 

Can anyone shed some light on this one?
