State Listed Twice

Hello,

 

When I started with OSC I created a Tax Zone - US Wisconsin when I first started. Things were working; however, now wherever there is a state field Wisconsin is listed twice, and there is no Wyoming listed. OSC will not accept either Wisconsin listed in the drop down selection as valid. So when someone tries to create an account and enters Wisconsin, it continues to give the error (Please select a state from the States drop down menu).

 

Any ideas? I've seen posts about possibly removing both and adding one back through Myphpadmin, I've not done that before and want to make sure that is what I need to do, or something else, before I break anything else!
