Fresh install - 404 on Administration Tool - Please Help

I just installed and at the end I got this:

Step 2: osCommerce Configuration

The configuration was successful!

 

It says successful, and the catalog works but the admin tool is a 404. URL to the admin is : http://store.cloud9media.com/catalog/admin/index.php

 

Anyone know why? This is my second try at installing this puppy.

You probably put the wrong path into the install program.

 

Have you downloaded the manual from http://www.oscdox.com? It contains very good step by step install instructions.

Ok, the path was wrong. got it...sort of.

 

now it wont accept my username and password.

 

i set these in Cpanel, but it wont let me in. anyideas?
