I have searched and searched but there are no solutions.


Whenever a customer tries the forgotten password, it says it has sent it but it never arrives. Funny thing is that this was working for a good year and all of a sudden it stopped working. Can not be ISP as all other OSC e-mails work fine.


I have tested this with 2 of my test accounts, one which is my work domain and the other my OSC domain @rcgalaxy.com.au neither work.


In OSC Admin, under Tools>>Send Mail>> when I send to customers and myself it works fine.


I really need some help here, this is very frustrating for my customers and I am starting to feel the pinch.


As mentioned earlier, ALL other e-mails work fine.
