Adding pages

I have tried to add a blank page(s) to my site numerous times using the addons available on this site. Every time I do it I get error404, even with following instructions to the letter.

 

What addons does everyone else use that are easy to use etc? All I want to do is add a links page to my site. I tried the 'Links Page' addon but that didn't work either.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. :blush:
