Secondly - stop bumping your post by posting the same (or very similar) repeatedly - this is against the forum rules. To help with your problem - are you sure you've copied the correct index.php into the correct place - the tep_get_languages is an admin function but not a catalog side function suggesting you may have copied the admin index.php to the catalog index.php
