Will pay for these USPS shipping mods

I hope it's okay to solicit work in this forum...

 

Tried to get some free help and it didn't work, so I'm offering to pay if anyone can code these mods for us. We can't pay a lot as we are just two guys doing this in our spare time, but if you're interested we'll try to come to an acceptable arrangement. We can pay via PayPal if you like.

 

We are using an August snapshot although we did implement the new checkout process. Here is what we want:

 

1) Limit the USPS International Shipping options that are offered. Currently up to 10 options are given, we only want to offer 4 - Air Letter, Air Parcel, Surface Letter, Surface Parcel. We have done this for domestic (US) shipping, but I can't find where to do this for international.

 

2) Charge a handling fee for International Orders. This will be a set fee for all Intl shipping options. We do not want to charge a handling fee for domestic orders. We are not using table or zone shipping.

 

3) We want to charge Delivery Confirmation fees for domestic shipping. We only offer Priority and First Class shipping. The fee for Delivery Confirmation for each of these is different, so that needs to be flexible. It will need to show up in the checkout page, email, and of course the actual billing amount.

 

I saw a mod for an extra fee based on payment type, but not on shipping type. Maybe that will help give someone an idea.

 

We would prefer someone who can do all three, but if you can do a nice job on just one or two, don't be shy. I will be happy to provide more details on request. Email or PM me if you're interested. Obviously 2 and 3 are going to be trickier.
