under line for sub total in items in cart

I've search hi and low on both the fourum in in all files I could think of. My question is:

 

On the site I'm using STS 4 (current version) and OSC current version. I've created my templates and everything is working fine. Just need to clean up little things one of which is :

 

I have a section in the template to display the # of items in a cart like this:

 

1 x Cami Ruffle Dress $300.00 I need to change the color of the underline above the price. I think it's a TR with a backgound color of Black but have had no luck in figuring out whicht file to edit. Can anyone direct me to the right file /
