getting an error for tep_show_category.. please help with code removal in the right spot..

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tep_show_category() (previously declared in /includes/header.php:201) in /includes/boxes/categories.php on line 59

 

i am getting the above error... i have tried reading fixes through many pages on a google search but nothing shows a proper way to remove the instance in one of the files without causing another error.

 

i understand i need to remove one of the calls to the tep_show_category in one of the files... BUT i tried removing one and end up with something along the lines of a unexpected $end error (meaning i am not using a { or } somewhere when i remove the code..

 

can anyone show me what in the below page should i remove pretty please?? (below is the code from the /categories.php lines from lines 34 down just incase)
