glaven Posted February 13, 2008 Posted February 13, 2008 My SP has told me that it is going to upgrade their MySQL database from version 4.1 to version 5.0 on the server for my domain. Does anyone know what, if any, problems I might encounter? I'm running the PayPal module. Thanks in advance.

I am running a 5 level version of MySQL on my local host apache under winXP with no issues. If I export the database and try to load it via phpMyAdmin to an older MySQL version I have issues but nothing that can't be resolved with persistance How do you know when you know what you want to do for the rest of your life?
wondernet Posted February 14, 2008 Posted February 14, 2008 My host has just upgraded from PHP4 to PHP5 without telling me, now the website is well and truly stuffed. I can't login to the admin panel, most of the links don't work ... I am well and truly stuffed. Any ideas what I can do to sort this??

Seems I have to re-develop the whole of the OSc site I have as it is only version 1.1 Is there an easy way to upgrade from 1.1 to 2.2 without starting from scratch??
