a few problems

hi guys i could do with some help my webpage at address http://www.em-bling.com/ is have problems see listed

 

1) when i click on the catagorie on the left all it does is take me direct to a page were my products are surpose to be listed but instead all i get is a page that says Let's See What We Have Here

 

2) is there any way instead of going to product options in the admin section that when i add a product it atomaticly adds the drop down boxes or colours and sizes as these will not change at all as all products are clothes. but of course and option to disable it would be good just incase a product dont have a size
