SEO Problem in htacess file

we use this below contibute for my website.

Ultimate SEO URLs. but we get some problem in htacess file in this contibution they provide some code. like this

but this code is not working can u please help me how can we fix this code.

when we click on some link its show like below but no any info display 4 the page

error message display like that

The RewriteBase / line is most likely wrong but I can't tell where your shop is located based on the supplied url. But try RewriteBase /catalog/.
