How to tell what version auspost has been downloaded

Hi,

Please this is a desperate request!! :huh:

 

I have had an It consultant download austpost, I advised him, that I had been told by another member I needed V3.01,

I am not sure whether he has downloaded the right one, as I am using Prepaid Satchels within australia.

 

As I know what the amount should be coming up in the Checkout Process for shipping, it is incorrect

So I am thinking maybe, he has downloaded wrong version. I have contacted him, but no response as yet.

Can anyone help me.

I was going to reply to your other post when osc bombed out, and lost the post.

 

I was going to say that Aust Post requires the weights in kgs, not grams (I don't know what you are using, but by the figures in the other post, it could be the cause of the error).

 

The only to determine what version you have is download it and compare the files to yours.
