Is it possibles the passwords to appear in the admin area when someone creates an account ?

No, it's not possible since the database encrypts the password when it is saved. It sounds a little distasteful/shady/dishonest trying to manage user passwords in that manner.

 

Install the "Create orders" and/or "Edit orders" contribution and you can manage user accounts much better without the need to "steal" passwords from your customers.

There is also a contribution called Master Password which may help as it will let you into any customer account.
