STS module does not show in admin

Hi Guys

I really hope you can help with this. I installed STS v4.5.8 onto one of my online stores. This store has been modified with other contribs. When I went into admin --> modules I only see the Payment Options, Shipping Options and Total Orders. There is no STS module showing so I can't even install it :(

 

I thought I must have missed a file copy or something so I did a restore, reinstalled the STS contrib and I still dont get the STS module showing in admin. I guess it could be to do with configure.php ......?????

 

I have another store that only has the seperate price per customer contrib installed, so I installed STS to that as well, following the instructions very carefully and guess what? I still cant see the STS module in the admin for that site either.

 

I have recently designed a new website for one of my customers and what to make the OSC site have the same look and feel. STS sounds like it will do this perfectly but only if I can actually install it in the admin.

 

If I have f'd something up feel free to flame and abuse me just give me the answer first please!!

You can ignore this now. Turned out is was my file permissions not letting me ftp the amended files across.
