New Bee Question - Does it allow commission from vendors

I have been trying to look for a shopping cart which achieves the following

 

- Allow vendors who can administer what they want to sell

- Allow selling photos

- Allow me (the site administrator) to charge a small commission on every item that the vendor sells.

 

Please guide on how I can achieve these with OSCommerce shopping cart.
