demia8 Posted February 12, 2008 Posted February 12, 2008 Hi, I am having few 1and1 issues. Please can someone tell me if I need to change anything to upload oscommerce using 1and1 hosting? I have used FTP to upload but all I get is error 404. I have searched for last hour within this forum (& 1and1 site) for related topics and I have seen many people commenting on the same issue ~ but no explanations as to how people fixed it! It would be most appreciated if someone could assist me. Many thanks Gemma :D

It would be most appreciated if someone could assist me. Many thanks Gemma :D I cant quite remember exactly, but the 1 and 1 hosts use a slightly different folder system. The folder you need to install your site is usually a folder with a letter and numbers. The Help setion in the hosting panel will show you where to find the folder. Hope this helps, as i said it was some time ago!
