rcatracy Posted February 12, 2008 Posted February 12, 2008 My apologies. Hope I don't get kicked off the forum. Perhaps just delete this post? I'm writing here because I can't find a forum or directions for this anywhere. And in the event that someone here knows this App and can answer my questions. This is what I have: [For a PHP Document] <? include ("/path_to/counter.php"); ?> [For an SSI Document] <!--#include virtual="/path_to/counter.php"--> [For an HTML Document] <iframe width="100" height="50" src="/path_to/counter.php" scrolling="no"></iframe> This is supposedly easy to configure. However, this assumes that one knows how to. I've never understood where the path_to is? I imagine I've got to select the path, but where? I would want this counter to be centered just before the end of my page. The page is The Art of Robert Tracy Also is it necessary to fill in each of these 3 codes? I can tell right now that I won't want a 100 x 50px counter; just a small text size of 2+-. Thanks much for your time and any answers. :) I see this "path_to" all the time and never know precisely where it is or if I know where I want it, I don't know how to write it. Quote
♥geoffreywalton Posted February 12, 2008 Posted February 12, 2008 Not an osc site but if counter.php is in the directory www/shop/includes then path to is www/shop/includes and you would put <? include ("/www/shop/includes/counter.php"); ?> Try w3.schools.com for more info Quote Need help installing add ons/contributions, cleaning a hacked site or a bespoke development, check my profile Virus Threat Scanner My Contributions Basic install answers.
