Newbie, Help with payment processing please

Hi guys,

 

I installed the latest oscomemrce.

I opened a business account with paypal.

In admin->Modules->Payment I clicked on Install for the paypal module.

Then I clicked on edit for that module and entered my paypal email address. I Updated.

 

After following these steps to set up for credit card payments to be processed with paypal we have not been able to make this successfully work. After some calls to paypal we have been told that paypal can not process the transactions because our site is not capturing security codes and passing those on to paypal. What do we need to do to get this working?
